Q:- I am not able to receive email using Roundcube ?
Ans:- We are working on it meanwhile try this temporary solution and your problem will be solved
First Get a Free Domain name for your Freesite from Here
CLICKHERE
then follow the steps written below and you will be able to send and receive emails using GOOGLE on your Domain name.
How to setup Google for domains
Shared hosting servers can have issues with email delivery due to shared resources / ip addresses.
Signing up for 'Google for domains' is simple and provides you a top class email service!
This is a free service provided by Google which allows you to send and receive emails though the Google mail servers.
It does not effect your email addresses and you can still use your own email POP / SMTP client. People who you send emails to will not know your using Google to relay the email.
You will get *excellent* email delivery when you use this service and we highly recommend it:
Step 1
Use the following URL to create your Google for domains account:
http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new
Step 2
Validate your domain using the Google for domains cpanel.
You are provided two methods to validate your domain:
1) Upload a HTML file to your website:
This is a very simple method, simply upload a the file Google tells you into your htdocs folder.
2) Create a CNAME record:
This method is now very simple with the addition of CNAME module in the Vista Panel, simply log into your vistapanel and add the CNAME record specified by Google,.
** Google does take 24/48 hours to validate a domain, this is normal **
Step 3
Setup your MX records (MX means mail exchanger) Settings the MX records defines at a DNS level where your domain names mail is handled:
Log into your VistaPanel and remove any existing MX records for your domain.
Then add the following MX records for Googles mail servers (use Google's MX record list for the latest settings)
Priority / Server :
1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
5 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
10 ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
10 ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
Step 3
Setup your domain's CNAME records (This is optional)
Settings up a CNAME record for your domain's names such as :
mail.yourdomain.com
This domain will redirect you to Google mail after you have configured your CNAME record, it is used a an easy shortcut to your Google mail log in screen.
As stated above, it is optional to do this, as you can simply goto the following url to log into your mail without needing to setup any CNAME records:
http://google.com/a/yourdomain.com
I want to setup a CNAME record for my domain, what to do :
1) Log into your Vista Panel and create the following CNAME record:
mail.yourdomain.com ---CNAME TO--> ghs.google.com
2) Clear your computers DNS settings :
Read How to clear DNS
3) Complete.
If you have any problems settings up Google for domains, please make a support ticket or post in the forum.
